Head Coach - Melissa "Lou" Allsop
- Melissa Allsop's (aka LOU) experience and dedication to the sport can not be surpassed. Lou is a mentor to all the skippers and everyone looks up to her for guidance, support and assistance. Lou has been skipping for 20+ years. Not only is she completing her masters in school, going to teachers college, playing ball, coaching our growing team, but she is skipping this year as well! We are so grateful to have such a dedicated and caring person as our head coach. Thank you Lou!
Assistant Coach - Lindsay George
- Lindsay has been skipping for 14 years. Her dedication to the sport is incredible. She assists our Head Coach Lou and coaches a team of 11-12 year olds. Lindsay is always striving for the individual skippers to do their best and always gets great results.
Assistant Coach - Melissa Beaulieu
- Melissa has been jumping rope for over 13 years and has been an Assistant Coach for a few years. She brings with her the experience of dedication and skills to the Team and is always willing to assist all team members where they need it. Her belief in helping everyone and her patience while teaching is an asset to the team.
