We at the Essex Energizers have been a competitive travel team for over 16 years. With dedication to the sport of skipping, we have been able to travel around the world for various competitions, workshops and demonstrations.
This season, we have added an Elite Performance Team to the Essex Energizers. This Elite Team performs at various functions, sporting events, specialty events, charitable organizations, etc.
As the Energizers Team grows in numbers, we also grow in experience and dedication to Jump Rope. We are an enthusiastic group and have a Team ranging in ages from 7 to 30.
The Energizers hold various workshops and Jump Rope Clinics during the year to promote the sport of Jump Rope, the health benefits and the fun and excitement of jump roping.
We are pleased to welcome back our coaching staff - Head Coach-Melissa "Lou" Allsop, along with Assistant Coaches, Melissa Beaulieu and Lindsay George.
The Essex Energizers are available for Demonstrations, Events, Parades & Festivals throughout the year and we support many different charitable organizations, such as: W.E. Care for Kids, The Cancer Walk-A-Thon, etc.
The Essex Energizers Competitive Rope Jumping Team was established in 1991 in the Town of Essex, Ontario. Since that time, our team has grown from approx. 12 to 40 members.
